Refund Policy

At Rivera Laundry Company, we are committed to providing high-quality dry cleaning and laundry services. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy below.
 

1. Service Issues and Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided (e.g., items returned uncleaned, damaged, or missing), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, which may include:

• Re-cleaning the item(s) at no additional cost

• Offering a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

• Issuing a credit toward your next order

2. Damaged or Lost Items

Rivera Laundry Company follows industry standards and takes the utmost care with your garments. However, in the rare event that an item is irreparably damaged or lost, our liability will be limited to:

• Laundry Items: Up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item

• Dry Cleaning Items: Up to the full cleaning cost, or a maximum of $100 per item, whichever is less

Refunds or compensation will only be issued after an internal investigation, which may take up to 7 business days.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled at no charge if done before pickup. If the order is canceled after pickup has occurred, a $10 pickup and delivery fee will apply, and any cleaning already performed will be billed.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

• Pickup and delivery fees

• Eco-friendly service add-ons

• Orders where garments have been successfully cleaned as requested

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue, please contact us by email at contact@riveralaundryco.com or call us at (630) 631-2349 within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
